By using this platform, you agree to the most current Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Terms may be changed, without notice, from time to time. As you use this service, you agree to the most current Terms.

Reviews

  1. DoVirtual, dba CheckTheReviews, (“Company”) publishes various reviews left by users of this service. When you post a review on Company’s site, you grant Company a perpetual, royalty-free, perpetual, assignable, and transferable license to use the review.
  2. Company publishes reviews on a business’s website or other platform so that current or potential customers can read the reviews of that business. For example, a restaurant may retain Company to create a platform where reviews will be posted in an easy-to-read format. By leaving a review, you agree Company can post the review on its platform, on the third-party’s website, or anywhere on the internet.
  3. By leaving a review, you agree that the reviews are accurate and authentic. You agree that you will not leave false reviews.
  4. Company does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of any reviews. Company has the discretion to remove reviews that it believes are not accurate or authentic but does not guarantee the truthfulness of the reviews. Company can remove your reviews at its sole discretion without notice or prior approval.
  5. Company can publish your review in any way or manner, including highlighting and using the review on its marketing material.
  6. 6.Company may post a full or partial review, shorten a review, reformat a review, or edit a review for grammar or typographic purposes.
  7. You understand that you are not entitled to any compensation for posting reviews.

Company’s Sole Discretion to Remove Reviews

  1. Company has the sole discretion to remove reviews if it believes, in Company’s sole discretion, that the review is:
    1. offensive,
    2. bullying,
    3. discriminatory,
    4. violent,
    5. drafted by a company, AI, or other automated types of technology,
    6. includes private information of third parties,
    7. violative of copyright or trademarks of third parties, or
    8. for any other reason in Company’s sole discretion.

Disputes

Before either party files a lawsuit, it must allow the other party to mediate the dispute through JAMS or AAA. If the parties do not reach an agreement after an attempt to mediate the matter, the sole jurisdiction that can adjudicate the dispute rests in the state or federal courts in Orange County, State of California.

Attorney advice

You agree that you’ve had the opportunity to consult an attorney as to the contents of this agreement before using the Company’s website.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RIGHT AND REMEDY IN CASE OF DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE, RELATED SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER GRIEVANCE SHALL BE YOUR TERMINATION AND DISCONTINUATION OF ACCESS TO, OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
